About this deal

Combined with Andrew Fearn’s sparse and rhythmic basslines / beats, it forms a raw and exciting hypnotic cocktail.

Rave reviews of the album have appeared in magazines as diverse as The Wire and Uncut, along with interviews being published both on paper and on the internet, both here and abroad. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. minus any racism), and maybe a touch here and there of Wu-Tang (minus, well, anything American whatsoever). Top tracks as always with Sleaford Mods but on this reissue just released, there is no track listing on the CD or (unlike other SL releases) and no booklet either 🤯 Can anyone who as the original CD tell me if this is a production fault with the reissue or did the original CD from 2013 also have no track listing or booklet? When I say culture, I don't mean something that can be packaged up and sold back at people so they accept their own inferiority. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.

Basic beats, bass and keys splattered with some of the most articulate rage fulled observations on British life as lived by a great many people as you are likely to hear anywhere, if at all. There are points within the album where it does overstay its welcome to the point of exhaustion, mainly on the second half where tracks such as ‘***street’ and ‘Don’t Wanna Disco Or 2’ are much weaker on impact, they seem to trudge along without any real direction. Some hiss and surface noise on this pressing, at least through headphones, not a lot but far from being dead quiet. In the edit page, go to the 'Metadata' tab and add your Juno artist, label or release page for listeners to purchase your release / releases. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.Rather, it's soaked in the impossible realities of the everyday, and it reworks that into something truly astonishing. Kotiinkuljetuksesta perimme rahulia 3,99€ pienemmistä lähetyksistä (lähinnä cd:t) ja isoimmista vermeistä eli vinyyleistä, huppareista yms 5,99€. As with all NHS releases the album package will be something very special, with some very special cover art.

If you dig the cynical, parochial, outsider attitude of acts as diverse as MC Pitman, The Fall, John Cooper Clark, Half Man Half Biscuit, et al then you'll recognise the unapologetic, uncompromising mettle present here. It somehow adds to the rawness of Sleaford Mods, but might piss audiophiles, Outer sleeve and laminated inner sleeve feel great, though. They're also a big part of the burgeoning Leeds heavy rock scene alongside Pulled Apart By Horses, Kong, Hawk Eyes and Gentlemen's Pistols, it looks like it's about to break. Two years later we made the move to our present address, 35 The Headrow, where we have remained ever since. The inner is sleeve is just plain black paper - not laminated (replaced with an archival quality anti-static sleeve).

And judging by the all out assault that he's crafted with the Moth, he must have been a very bad boy indeed. It's only one of more than 50 great albums released this year, but it's arguably the most genuinely "punk", "urban" and "street" UK recording out of the whole bunch. There's no special claims made for the city; no grandly romantic nonsense about its worth vis-a-vis other UK cities. It's Chris Morris with a class consciousness, laying bare the surreal tapestry of horrors that face the working class in Britain today. They're the kind of band that could easily have a cameo spot in a Shane Meadows film, say down a seedy backstreet Working Men's Club. Austerity Dogs isn't "we're all in this together" claptrap, nor some expensively educated pillock holidaying in other peoples' poverty like they've never heard 'Common People'. Through heavy touring and a sound that exercises a visceral, sociopolitical stream of consciousness, they are forcibly breaking down the gates of apathy that guard the commercial mainstream.
